These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, online store, content, and services offered by Flower of Life Kauaʻi LLC. By purchasing products or using our site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Eligibility and Intended Use
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site. Our products are intended for lawful, personal use. We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or cancel orders at our discretion.
Products and Information; No Medical Advice
We currently offer herbal and botanical products, beginning with infra-red dried moringa powder. Additional products may be introduced. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any botanical product.
Pricing, Taxes, and Hawaiʻi General Excise Tax (GET)
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and include Hawaiʻi GET unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees and applicable duties or taxes outside Hawaiʻi are your responsibility. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing.
Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or reject any order for any lawful reason. If we cancel an order after charging your payment method, we will issue a full refund.
Payment Methods
Payments are processed through our e-commerce platform using Stripe and/or PayPal. Future phases may add Shopify Lite checkout and BitPay for supported cryptocurrencies.
Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders typically process in 1–3 business days. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier. Customers must provide accurate shipping information.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery for returns. We accept returns of opened or unopened items. If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping may be covered if due to our error.
Subscriptions and Auto-Renewals
We do not currently offer subscriptions. Future auto-ship services will include clear renewal, cancellation, and refund policies.
Accounts, Reviews, and User Content
Customer accounts are optional. Submitted reviews and feedback must be lawful and respectful. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it with attribution where feasible.
Intellectual Property
All content and marks on the site are owned by or licensed to Flower of Life Kauaʻi LLC. You may not copy or reproduce any content without permission.
Provenance, Digital Passports, and On-Chain Data
We may publish batch passports with QR codes linking to lab data and evidence of quality. Customer personal data is not written to public ledgers.
